Getting closer to approvals…

The snow is melting, the skies are blue (most of the time) and Spring is in the air and in our step as we get closer in our quest for Town of Breckenridge approvals.  Since the last planning commission meeting in January, we took neighbor feedback to heart and have been working closely with the Town of Breckenridge Staff to address connectivity, pedestrian accommodations, safety and potentially, a future daycare site.

We are happy to report that the revisions emphasis pedestrian connectivity throughout the neighborhood.  The Midnight Sun connection is now a pedestrian bridge as well as pedestrian bridges at Rodeo Dr. and Central Park.  The single vehicular connection at Bridge Street will also have pedestrian accommodations.  There will be two direct trail connections from Lincoln Park to the existing Town of Breckenridge, Stables Trail.

On Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 7pm, there will be a Planning Commission Meeting (a public hearing) for the Final Master Plan and Preliminary Subdivision for Lincoln Park at the Wellington Neighborhood. You can view page 5 (Landscape Plan) and 6 (Phasing Plan) of the Master Plan for Lincoln Park at Wellington Neighborhood Phase II  HERE.

Please feel free to attend the Planning Commission Meeting. If all goes well, then we can get excited about all of the super fun stuff .. floor plan, features, interior finishes, pricing and the Launch Party!

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me! I look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks, Courtney
